Shadow Tracing + Sigil Craft
This workshop is focusing on exploring contents from the Shadow through embodied, primal release, defining an aspect that is currently most alive or active and transforming it into an Ally, through the crafting of a multi-dimensional Sigil.
Using Active Imagination, intuitive movement, sounding, words and mark-making. Veering off from traditional sigil-making techniques (a brief overview will be made in the beginning part of the workshop) we will be creating, experiencing and charging this Sigil work through a multiplicity of senses and dimensions to deepen and expand its search, re-imagining it in different forms.
The Ally is an aspect of the Self representing the Shadow as alchemized already Within, outside of linear Time, coming to assist the Temporal Self in this process - which in life is ongoing.
So the Ally and the Sigil created by the participants remain available to them as they wish to use / call upon them in the future.
We go on personal journeys alongside each other, while towards the end we will connect as a group.
Our allies meeting one-another, observing the similarities / complimentary differences in what each of us is transmuting, entwining and weaving it into a collectively focused intent for transformation, rippling outward into the World.

Shadow Tracing
What is a Shadow Creature made of? :
Our fears, violent urges, dark desires, unconfessed guilt, obsessions, compulsions, illusions delusions, doubts, shame and pure insanity.
What danger does it pose?
Losing to its Will, power and control over our actions and intentions, with damage to ourselves and others as consequence.
In this workshop, we will be exploring and embodying the contents of (what Jungian psychology refers to as) the "shadow self", for release, empowerment and creative performative unfolding.
Transforming the things that cripple us into a source of creative power is alchemy of spirit.
To not be swallowed by the dark, you swallow it first instead.
